Policies

Policies for BCS Certificate/Diploma Programs and Continuing Education classes are as follows:

Cancellation

For 1 & 2 Year Certificate/Diploma Programs: Cancellations within 30 days of 1^st day of term receive full refund minus 5% administrative fee.  Cancellations after 30 days of 1^st day of term do not receive a refund.

CEUs

For Professional Continuing Education Programs: Policies are in accordance with your state regulatory authority for continuing education of this type.  For cancellations by trainer or by student-trainee: there are no refunds.  You will receive a voucher to attend the next training in your area.

Refunds

For Contracts with Trainers, Training Companies & Professional Organizations: Refund and cancellation policies, use of materials, copyright issues, and all other contractual issues are separately negotiated directly in the written contract.

Additional Policies

Additional policies will be listed in the most current brochure for each specific program. Note that our certificate/programs are extended continuing education for professionals and are not BA, MA, or PhD programs.
